Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you cancel your registration at least 7 days prior to an event, you’ll receive a refund ( less a $ 15 processing fee )
If you cancel your registration with LESS THAN 7 days to an event-for any reason, no refunds or credits towards future workshops shall be given.
Notice of cancellation may be made by phone or in writing. Written notice shall be delivered to me Wolfgang Luckmann via email to wolfgang@wolfgangluckmann.com, or regular postal mail. The date of cancellation shall be considered the actual date such notice is received by me. Refunds for credit card payments shall be made within 5 business days; payments by check shall be refunded within 10 business days.
