The course aims at

• Teaching the student the causes and effects of circulatory/lymphatic disorders resulting in Edema and more, according to the Western and Eastern ( T.C.M. ) model
• Teaching  the student the methodology and goals of lymphatic drainage massage acupressure  and  cupping massage with essential oils
• The causes of circulatory disorders resulting in edema and dis-ease according to the Western and Chinese T.C.M. model
• The relationship between INFLAMMATION ( inside and outside ),TOXICITY

( mental and physical ) ,CIRCULATION/LYMPH disorders and how they affect the IMMUNE SYSTEM

• How to set up a comprehensive protocol for achieving Homeostasis a.k.a Balance and Harmony .
• How to determine the need for this hybrid/eclectic massage and market the treatment

 

Teaching Methodology:

 

• One hour of theory teaching the principles and the latest in research about circulatory disorders and dis-ease from a Western and T.C.M. perspective
• The rest is all hands-on with supervised practice.

 

Instructor will bring all cups ( soft silicone ) and lymphatic essential oil blends for use and purchase.

 

 

The Course focuses on:

 

• Theory of lymphatic flow from a Western and Eastern perspective:
• Increasing the flow of oxygen and blood to the facial area, neck , trunk and limbs
• Toning, tightening and detoxification of skin and organ systems
• Better mental alertness, focus and relaxation for the client
• Emotional and lymphatic  cleansing through the use of essential oils
• Detoxification and cleansing the body,mind and spirit
• Preventive maintenance

 

This is a MEDICAL MASSAGE COURSE and goes beyond the traditional Swedish Massage learned at school . Relaxation and a pain free outcome is a given !
